Safari Outdoor: General Manager
Stefan Rall brings more than two decades of senior retail leadership experience to Safari Outdoor®, combining strategic insight with hands-on operational expertise across large, multi-store environments. He holds a BCom in Business Management from the University of Pretoria and began his career at HiFi Corp, where he progressed over more than ten years to become General Manager of Operations.
Stefan later spent over 11 years at Sunglass Hut as Operations Executive, managing a diverse portfolio across Southern Africa. His responsibilities spanned store operations, logistics, asset protection, customer care, business development, and real estate, giving him a holistic understanding of complex retail ecosystems. His leadership approach is rooted in people development, operational discipline, and a continuous drive for innovation and efficiency.
At Safari Outdoor®, Stefan is responsible for guiding the business through its next phase of growth, with a focus on elevating the in-store experience, strengthening integration between physical and digital channels, and reinforcing Safari Outdoor’s position as the benchmark in outdoor lifestyle retail.
