Claudette joined Outdoor Investment Holdings in 2015 and has played a key role in establishing and strengthening the group’s financial systems, processes, and governance structures. With more than 20 years of experience, she has served on numerous corporate executive teams, including at Iliad Africa Ltd, which later became part of Steinhoff.
As Group Financial Executive, Claudette oversees the group’s finance function and leads a range of head-office support services. Her depth of experience, structured approach, and focus on operational discipline contribute significantly to the stability, scalability, and professional management of the OIH group.
