Jan started his career in retail in 1993 at the Edcon Group, and over the past 27 years gained thorough knowledge of the broad retail landscape in businesses such as the House Of Busby, The JD Group (Steinhoff) and Moresport. Jan has specialized in risk management at an executive level and is also heading up the risk management function of the OIH group. He joined OlH as the General Manager of Inyathi Sporting Supplies in 2020. Being a competitive shooter and achieving his national colours for F Class Bisley shooting as well as being a keen extreme long-range shooter, Jan brings a new dimension to the Inyathi team with his knowledge of the shooting community.
